Photo Tip: The key to a great photo for your baby birth announcement is good lighting. Natural light coming in from a window is best, but avoid direct sunlight. Make sure your baby is facing the window and you are standing in front of them. Make sure not to get your shadow in the picture. Keep the background simple with as little distractions as possible, have the baby on a blanket or in front of a blank wall. Your baby is what you want to show off to your friends and family so make sure to have them as the focal point, not the background or patterns on clothing. Remember to focus on your babys eyes if there open and their face if there closed, this will be the most important part of a great photo and will make your unique baby birth announcement look beautiful.
